This is the beginning of a summer series called The Stories We Tell Ourselves that will take us through some of the foundational stories in scripture. Today we begin with the story of the resurrection of Jesus, which isn’t first chronologically but is at the top of the list theologically. The resurrection vindicates all that Jesus did and taught, demonstrating that Jesus is the revelation of God and the one through whom we should read all the stories of our faith.
